Kolkata · Digital marketing

Every para has a favourite. Be the one on Google.

Digital marketing for Kolkata’s local businesses: Google Maps, reviews and WhatsApp replies that keep running while you work. Kolkata is where our founder’s studios are, and the one city where we come to you.

How Kolkata searches

Word of mouth moved to Google.

People still ask the neighbour, then they check the name on Google Maps before they go. A business with forty fresh reviews and the right hours gets the visit; the one with three reviews from 2021 gets skipped, however good it is.

“boutique in Gariahat”

People search by para and landmark. A profile that says Salt Lake, New Town, Behala or Gariahat shows up next door; one that only says “Kolkata” doesn’t.

“dance classes near me”

Parents compare reviews, fees and batch timings before they visit. Our founder’s own studios win these searches every admission season.

“clinic open on Sunday”

Wrong hours and an old phone number send the patient to the next listing. Google has to be right on the day people look.

Built for

Kolkata businesses this fits

Boutiques and saree stores

New collections before Puja, Poila Baisakh and the wedding season, shown on Google and sent to past customers on WhatsApp before the rush.

Dance, music and art schools

The system our founder built for his own studios: every enquiry answered at once, trial classes booked, and follow-ups until the parent decides.

Clinics and diagnostic labs

Review requests after every visit, replies drafted for you, and missed calls answered on WhatsApp while the front desk is busy.

Cafés, sweet shops and caterers

Photos, menus and hours kept current, with festive orders taken on WhatsApp instead of a phone that rings out.

Kolkata’s calendar

Puja sets the year. Plan it in July.

Durga Puja

The biggest season by far. Puja collections and offers on Google and WhatsApp from Mahalaya, early bookings, and stories every day of the five days.

Wedding season and Christmas

November to February: bridal and gifting enquiries, then Park Street in December. Reviews and photos from Puja carry you into it.

Poila Baisakh

The new-season launch and the biggest local shopping moment of spring. A WhatsApp campaign to past customers two weeks before.

We put these on your plan with the year’s dates, so the campaign is ready before the day, not after.

What working with us looks like

  • A free audit of how you show up for searches in your area, compared with the businesses above you.
  • A meeting with Tapash Das, at your place or on a video call, to agree a 90-day plan.
  • We set up your Google profile, website, reviews and WhatsApp automations. You approve each step on WhatsApp.
  • Every month: a check-up, fixes and a one-page report on WhatsApp.

Our standard plan

Plus ₹9,999 one-time setup, before GST. Message fees and ad budgets are passed through at cost.

Questions

Questions from Kolkata

Will you come to our shop or office?

Yes. Kolkata is the one city where we visit in person: to take photos for your Google profile, set up the WhatsApp number on your phone, or walk your staff through it. Everything else happens on WhatsApp.

Can the replies go out in Bengali?

Yes. Auto-replies and follow-ups can go out in Bengali, English, Hindi or a mix. We write them with you so they sound like your business, and you approve each one.

Is it too late for this year’s Puja?

For Puja, yes, but the wedding season, Christmas on Park Street and Poila Baisakh are still ahead. Most of the work, a correct Google profile and a reply system, keeps paying all year.

What do you have to show in Kolkata?

Our founder runs 8 Twist N Turns dance studios across Kolkata on these systems, and we’re running a pilot with a designer boutique in Salt Lake. Both are on the Work page.
